Architectural Services are the core focus of OAK Design Studio. These all-encompassing services will begin with Schematic Design and continue through to technical drawings for construction. These technical drawings are almost always required in order to begin construction on your project. Coordination with required professionals, such as Structural Engineers and Surveyors will occur during the Architectural process as well. During Construction, we will provide Construction Support Services, which will include communication with the General Contractor to confirm that the design intent is followed and questions are answered. At OAK Design Studio, we're committed to guiding you through every step of the architectural process.

This service includes assisting with the selection of interior materials, fixtures, lighting, and preliminary cabinetry layout and design. Throughout construction, Interior Architecture services include attending trade walkthroughs and communicating with the General Contractor to ensure the vision is realized.
